He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Meredith and Elizabeth Meredith; and his grandmother Beulah Carson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Meredith; his children, Traci Forsyth (Tim), Julie Meredith (Beth) and John Meredith; his stepdaughters, Michelle Coggins (Doyle) and Bridget Baker; and his siblings, Sue Ann Barker (Dan) and Jim Meredith (Tracy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
