He is survived by: his children, Mike Anthony (Sherry), Amanda Key (Timmy), Marty Smith (Mona) and Ernest Smith (Cindy); his grandchildren, Tyler, Makenzie, Khloe, Shelby, Matthew, Zachary, Lee, Trey, Storm, Jayce, Gaige, Tristan, Lily, Christopher, Paige and Haley; his great grandchildren, Shadelee, Mattie, John David, Cheyenne, Nolan, Olivia, William and Waylon; and his siblings, Elaine Harbinson, Loretta Walker and Jerry Anthony.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hines Creek Mission Baptist Church Cemetery (892 Hinds Creek Rd, Maynardville, TN 37807).
