Kathy Shipley Martin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Shipley Martin of Corryton, Tennessee, born in Morristown, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Shipley and Kathryn McMurray Shipley; and her sister Barbara Shipley Dooley (George Robert "Bob"). She is survived by: her husband Bob Martin; her sister-in-law Barbara Martin Bolt; her daughters, Pam Richardson (Steve) and Anita Shea (Bruce); her niece Heather Bolt Shubert (Tim); her grandchildren, Stephani McCarty (JT), Andrea Karr (Dustin), Emma Shea and Sam Shea; and her great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Phoenix, David and Daisy Karr.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rutherford Memorial (7815 Corryton Rd, Corryton, TN 37721).
