He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Skeen and Louise Skeen (Collins); his brothers, Bobby Skeen, Wayne Skeen (Martha) and Jimmy Skeen; and his grandparents, Floyd, Cleo Skeen (Booker), Dee and Vena Collins (Sharp).
He is survived by: his wife Florence Skeen (Harmon); his children, Stacy Skeen Arrowsmith and Steve Skeen (late Penny Topole); his siblings, Sue Johnson (Doyle) and Tim Skeen (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Skeen Gervin, Shirley Blanton and Joyce Ridenour. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Eastview Memorial Gardens (1320 Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
