He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughters, Brandy Towery (Roy) and Lynn Ballard; his sister Patsy Jean Reeves; his nephew Michael Arrington; his great-nephew Zachary; his brothers, Kenneth Burkhead and Eddie; his sister-in-law Mary Watkins; his nieces, Pam Bailey (Dwayne) and Joy Davis (Dwight); and his close friends, Pam Hurst, Gary Pike, Judy Robinson, Kim Parton, Glenda Hamilton, Steve Thompson and BJ Julian.
