He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Melvin Bumgardner and Betty Ruth Turner Bumgardner; and his siblings, James Michael, Steven Ray Bumgardner and Elizabeth Arlene Bumgardner Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda L Robinson Bumgardner; his children, Joshua Cory Bumgardner (Holly Ann), James Adam Wallace and Melissa Brooke Bumgardner France (Kenneth Lee); his siblings, Harry Dewayne, David Lynn Bumgardner and Brenda Anelle Bumgardner Smallen; and his grandchildren, Breanna, Tori, Hunter and Reagan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beech Springs Cemetery (428 Beech Springs Rd, Kodak, TN 37764).
