She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Williams and Mary Jean Williams; and her siblings, Bobbie Spears and Larry Williams. She is survived by: her husband George Knisley; her children, Angie Carr, Becky Williams (Dwayne), Heather Edlin and David "Matthew" Carr (Tammy); and her brother Terry Williams (Jode). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A reception will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel (2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918).
