Swagger Jr. of Knoxville, Jeff Swagger of Mesa and Shawn Wise of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Kelly Davenport of Etowah, NC., Cody Swagger of Athens, GA., Kayla Swagger of Knoxville, Weston Wise of Knoxville, TN, Brandy Swagger of Mesa and Evan Wise of Knoxville; his stepgranddaughters, Brianna Mille of Mesa, AZ. and Jennifer England Henderson of Athens, GA.; his great grandchildren, Hunter Davenport, Haley Davenport of Etowah, NC. and Mason Ricker of Knoxville; and his stepgrandchildren, Stevie Wise of Knoxville, Winston Wise of Knoxville and Scottie Wise of Knoxville. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Washington Presbyterian Church Cemetery (7405 Washington Pike, Corryton, TN 37721).
