We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2025, at the age of 88, Thelma Jean Stitt of Corryton, Tennessee, born in Opelika, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David; and her parents, Luetta Johnson Traylor and Raymond Franklin Traylor. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky (Von), Michael (Meg) and Kipper Stitt (Cindy); her grandchildren, David Stitt, Kimberly Beaver (Shawn), Brandon Stitt (Megan), Amanda Moore (Jonathon), Caden Stitt and Duncan Stitt; and her great grandchildren, Chandler, Samuel (Ayla), Bailey, Noah Beaver, Avery, River, Sierra, Leah and Naomi Jean Stitt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
