She is survived by: her sister Mary Hall; her children, R. D. Thurman and Gayle Davis (Larry); her grandsons, Jason Thurman (Suzi), Josh Thurman (Ashley) and Daniel Davis (Jenny); and her friend Sally Harrah (Earle). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
