She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Zachary and Anglee Zachary; her siblings, Donald Ray Zachary, Harley Acuff, James Zachary (Glenda), Gene Zachary, Coy Zachary and Evelyn Galyon; and her nephew Donnie Atkins.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Collins; her children, Travis Collins and Stacy Wood (David); her grandchildren, Audrey Wood, Mack Wood and Clay Wood; and her siblings, Mary Zachary, Diane Atkins and Robert Zachary.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 8:00 PM and on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 9:45 AM.
