With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Michael Sampson of Cosby, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth and Karen Sue Sampson; and his grandparents, Earl, Norma Painter, Daylen and Crystal Sampson.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica L. Sampson; his daughters, Elizabeth McLeod (R. K.) and Anna Marie Sampson; his stepson Alex Cox (Heather); his sister Tina Branham (Jamie); his nephews, Mathew and Nathan Branham; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Emily, Charlie, Wyatt, Trinity and Abigail; and his brothers-in-law, George "Sonny" Merrill (Sheri) and Billy Merrill (Becky).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3702 Loren Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408).
