He is survived by: his wife Barbara Clevenger Mathis; his sons, Rob Mathis (Missy) and Chuck Mathis (Heather); his grandchildren, Robbie (Kenzie), Ike (Bella), Isabelle, Gracie and Sophie; his great grandchildren, RJ and Evie; his siblings, Mark Mathis, Paula Ann Mathis, Pam Ball (Terry), Glen Phillips (Inkey) and Jerry Cureton (Eli); and his siblings' children, Ogles, Wills and Tribbey.
