He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Martin and Ora Hendrix Martin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra D. Holcomb of Cottage Grove; his daughters, Nicole Johnson of Oregon and Steph Karpins of Oregon; and his sisters, Cherri Kaetterhenry (Sid) of California and Wilma Martin Pires (Gene) of California. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
