He was predeceased by: his parents, Yancy Boyd Parrish and Hilda Gray Pentecost Parrish; his son Steve Parrish; and his sisters, Sue Elliott, Pat Miller and Mary Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Norman (Andrew) of Paris, TN and Scott Parrish (Melissa Draper) of Cottage Grove; his daughter-in-law Mitzi Parrish of Cottage Grove, TN; his sister-in-law Marsha Parrish of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Austin, Alaina, Jonathan, Crystal, Marcus, Hope, Lauren and Kyle. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
