She is survived by : her husband Wayne Yates; her children, Sara Carter-Smith (David) and Jay Kozlik (Carie); her stepsons, Greg Yates (Kathy) and Daniel Yates (Patrick); her grandchildren, Justin, Gabbi and Zeke; her stepgrandchildren, Holly Taylor (Andrew), Thomas, Tinley and Trit Yates; and her siblings, Jackie Woods (Jack) and Jayne Bird (Jill).
