He is survived by: his wife Lynn Biggs; his sons, Duane A. Biggs, Andrew S. Biggs (Stephanie) and Timothy R. Biggs (Ashley); his grandchildren, Sarah E. Groves (Matthew), Molly J. Biggs, Lucas D. Biggs, Bailey A. Garretson (Colby), Gabrielle H. Biggs, Cooper A. Biggs and Evelyn R. Krantz; his great grandchildren, Everly E. D. Groves and Luka H. Garretson; and his siblings, Steve Biggs (Kim) and Glinda Pinson (Lanny). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
