He was predeceased by: his fathers, Rufus Harris and Dean Harris; his son Matthew Harris; and his siblings, Vernen Harris, Francis Stults and Diane Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Harris; his daughters, Susan Gregory and Sharla Johns (Barry); his grandchildren, Taylor Gregory, Madison Johns and Aidan Blevins; his siblings, Betty Leming, Peggy Houston, Donald Harris and Harry Harris; and his brother-in-law Benny Ford.
In lieu of flowers, it was Lowell's wish to donate to the Clearview Church of Christ Benevolence Fund.
