We bid farewell to Phyllis Jean Palmer of Cottontown, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 12, 2025 at the age of 75. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Fuggint and Ollie Mae Porterfield Carnell; and her brothers, Jimmy Carr Carnell and Cecil Lloyd Carnell. She is survived by: her husband Donald Earl Palmer of Cottontown, TN; her children, Jesse Palmer (Halima) of Plano, TX and Dorothy Simonsson (Mattias) of Towson, MD; her sister Mary Jane Mullins (Dan) of Hermitage, TN; and her grandchildren, Sumayyah, Sadia, Maryum, Oskar and Madeleine.
