He is survived by: his wife Ouida Semmes; his children, Jacob Semmes and Hollie Semmes Nagel (Bobby); his brother Richard Semmes; and his stepchildren, Irby Bailey (Layne), Shannon Bailey (Elizabeth) and Belinda Bernard (Brian). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
