She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernie Mills and Beatrice Dailey; her husband Leon Goforth; her sister Peggy Tracy; and her son James Russell Goforth.

She is survived by : her daughters, Shelby Foreman (Tom) of Savanna, IL and Denise Kinney (Gary) of Knoxville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Melody Delk of Savanna, IL and Ashley Delk of Portage, IN.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
