He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Joy; his wife Brenda Denise Tidwell; his children, Kim Hoy, Koley Cousar, Casey Joy and Catilin Everitt Degraw; his grandchildren, Layla Joy and Brynlee Hoy; his great grandchild Catilin; and his siblings, Jeff Joy and Gina Shannon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019).
