Betty Gore Applewhite Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2025, at the age of 80, Betty Gore Applewhite of Covington, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Gore Applewhite to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Charles and Myrtle Lee. She is survived by: her children, Norrie Gore McClure (Marty), Virginia "Jeanie" Dowdy, Robert "Bobby" Thomas Gore and Betty Lee Moses (Karen Baker); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Gore (Brynn), Jesica Gore and Tabitha Cook; her siblings, Terea Utz, Evelyn Lee, Rosa Maria Ramos, Sergio Armando Delgadillo, Juan Carlos Lee, Luois Lee, Claude Lee, Jose Lee, Ida Lee and Sandra Lee; and her extended family, Bonnie Williams, Robin Dismuke and Catherine Renee Kiddy. She is also survived by seven great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lynn Methodist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes all donations be made to: Dementia Society of America. reflecting the selfless spirit that Betty embodied throughout her life.
