She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridgett Lavelle and Theo Lavelle; and her granddaughter Jerri Lynne Deen. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Deen and Janet Burgess (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Lindsey Smith (Brian) and Nathan Burgess; and her great grandchildren, Aubree Culbertson, Carter Smith and Caleb Smith.
