She is survived by: her sons, George L. Smith (Betty), Thurston Smith (Brenda), Michael Smith (Jeanne) and Jeffery Smith (Stephanie); and her daughter-in-law Carla Smith. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
