She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Byrd and Tassie Glass Byrd; her husband Jewell Cochran; and her brother Albert Byrd. She is survived by: her sons, Matt Cochran and John Cochran (Deniece); her grandchildren, Laura, Brady of Terrell, Kendrick and Daxton; her great grandchild Maverick; her brother Thurman Byrd, Jr.; her sister-in-law Cindy Salmon; and her pet Dixie.
