She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Young Walker and Edith Trebing Walker; and her siblings, Dr. James Trebing "J. T." Walker (Beverly), Jeanette Walker Willis (Harold), Mary Elizabeth (Mimi) and Pulliam (Harlan).

She is survived by: her children, Ann Denise Marshall McDow (Tommy) of Covington, TN, Lisa Claire Marshall Andrews (Bill) of Oxford, MS and John Walker Marshall of Memphis; her grandchildren, Ashley McDow Shelby, Kimberly McDow McDaniel (Jonathan), Lillie McDow McDaniel (Joe), Thomas "Tom" Marshall McDow (Rachel) and William Hinton "Will" Andrews III (Kat) of New Orleans, LA; her great grandchildren, Miller, Elizabeth Brooke Shelby, Tucker, Caleb McDaniel, Ruth Anna, Faith, Josie, Levi McDaniel, Bo Thomas, Etta Claire McDow and William Hinton Andrews IV; and her sister-in-law Suzanne Marshall Rhea of Somerville, TN..
