He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carmack Owen Sr. and Mary Francis Kelley Owen. He is survived by: his wife Jann Anderson Owen; and his brothers-in-law, Eston (Susan) and Andy Anderson (Janie). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
