He is survived by: his wife Barbara Taylor Migliaccio; his children, Harley Migliaccio of Covington, Hayden Migliaccio of Covington and Casey Max (Tyler) of Dyersburg; his stepsons, Hunter Taylor (Maia) of Brighton, Heath Taylor of Memphis, Daniel Fletcher of Covington and D. J. Fletcher of Burlison; his parents, Frank Migliaccio and Debbra Lumpkin Migliaccio; his sister Carrie Webb (Jon); and his grandchildren, Jaylen Migliaccio and Presley Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
