He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Cupples and Catherine Todd Cupples. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Dale Cupples, Jr. (Barbara) and Susan Sanders (Jason); his brother Mike Cupples (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Maddie, Zaine and Rallie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maley-Yabrough Funeral Home (1701 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Gardens (2691 TN-59, Covington, TN 38019).
