In the sacred silence of farewell, Jerry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hazelrig and Ola Mae Hazelrig (Warren); and his siblings, Betty Shaw, Sue Blair, Donald Hazelrig, Lesy Everson, Larry Hazelrig and Nick Hazelrig.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hazelrig (Cranford); his children, Greg Hazelrig (Michelle Hazelrig) and Marcie Hazelrig Hopkins (Glenn Hopkins); and his grandsons, Nathan Hopkins (Brittany Hopkins), Mike Hopkins and Mitch Hopkins.
