He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne Molder and Evelyn Faulk Molder; and his siblings, Jack Dewayne Molder, Mary Molder Culver, Ruby Faye Molder and Clara Maye Molder Curle.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Moore; his niece Jennifer Conrad; and his nephews, Jason Molder, Michael Culver and Anthony Culver.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts in memory of Jerry be he sent to Brighton ARP Church (81 Church Street, Brighton, TN 38011) or to the Tipton Amateur Radio Society (C/O Bill Hughes, 250 Leonard Lane Brighton, TN 38011).
