He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Miller (Ashley), Casey Miller (Alicia) and Tina "Nicole" McCullough (Randy); and his sisters, Alice McDaniel, Ruth Twisdale, Judy Elder and Donna Sue Salmon. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
