It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Shoaf McDaniel (Covington, Tennessee), who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Lanny McDaniel; her parents, James Shoaf and Hazel Bennett Shoaf; and her siblings, Lois Armstrong, Patterson and Ernest Shoaf.
She is survived by : her children, Tammy Poston (Bill), Peggy Holton, Tony McDaniel (Tamme) and Penny Peters; and her sister Judy Cooper (Neil). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and recently one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Liberty Baptist Church in memory of Julia McDaniel.
