She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Cook Stoots. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Palmer; her children, Charley Morgan "ChaCha" Harrison (Quintell) of Byhalia, MS and Dustin Rose (Erin) of Covington; her father Charles Martin Stoots; her siblings, Cori Smith (Chris) of Covington, Blair Ridings (Jason) of Covington, Olivya Smith of Atoka, Lydia Smith of Atoka and Cody Stoots of Texas; and her grandchildren, Quintell Tyson, Jr., Olive Rose and Kelan Pinner. She is also survived by five nieces; and six nephews.
