He is survived by: his wife Erma Mills Martin; his children, James J. Martin, Victor H. Martin and Barbara Lee Reblin; his son-in-law Paul Reblin; his grandchildren, Victor Jr., Chris, Matthew and Paul; and his siblings, Joan, Sue, Linda, Jackie and Ronnie.
