She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert "Sod" Rogers and Ruby Pennington Rogers; her husband Milton Jackson; her son Devon Jackson; and her siblings, Reaba Lavelle, Lorine Pool, Norris Rogers, E. J. Rogers and Wallace Rogers.

She is survived by: her son David Milton Jackson (Sonja); her grandchildren, David Jackson, Jr. and Shelby Jackson; and her brothers, Jerry Wayne Rogers and Doug Rogers.
