He was predeceased by: his father John Wayne Tinsley. He is survived by: his wife Christine Sumpter Tinsley; his children, Michael Hayden Tinsley (Millie) and Michaela Anne Cooley (Jacob); his mother Jimmye Beth Bunch Tinsley; his sisters, Rhonda Byrd, Susan Hemmenway and Alicia Empson; and his grandchildren, Corinna Tinsley and Ryance Cooley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
