He is survived by: his children, Crystal Cousar of Ripley and Charlie Michael Cook of Hayti, MO; his granddaughter Carly Brooke Cousar of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, Cathy Chandler of Covington, Janice Ferrell of Springville, TN, Cheryl Goode of Trezevant, TN, William "Butch" Cook of Ripley and Steve Cook of Covington.
