She was predeceased by: her parents, James Paul Delashmit and Lottie Bell Simmons Delashmit; and her brothers, James Paul Delashmit Jr., Jimmy Delashmit and Bobby W. Delashmit.

She is survived by: her children, Donald M. Baskin, Jr. (Renee) and Tonya Yvette Baskin Hodge (Reid); her grandchildren, Lia Baskin Phillips (Chase), Donald M Baskin III, Hoyt Hodge (Jamie), Dexter Hodge (Crystal) and Ethan F. Hodge (Maddie); and her siblings, Jerry DeLashmit, Dorothy "Dot" McPeak and Ann Avery Wilson. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
