She is survived by: her children, Phil Smith (Carla) of Drummonds and Peggy Entrekin (Alan) of Covington; her grandchildren, Scott Smith (Tabitha) of Houston, TX, Kari Cupples (Will) of Moyock, NC and Kevin Entrekin of Memphis; her great grandchildren, Colin Rattray, Graham and Wyatt Cupples; her grandsons, Jared Entrekin (Christie) and Shane Rattray (Annette); and her siblings, Julius Beasley, Wayne Beasley and Anne Hensley.
