She was predeceased by : her husband Allen Greer "Jimmy" Smith; her granddaughter Katilyn Elizabeth Entrekin; and her brothers, William Beasley and Aaron Beasley. She is survived by : her children, Phil Smith (Carla) of Drummonds and Peggy Entrekin (Alan) of Covington; her grandchildren, Scott Smith (Tabitha) of Houston, TX, Kari Cupples (Will) of Moyock, NC and Kevin Entrekin of Memphis; her great grandchildren, Colin Rattray, Graham and Wyatt Cupples; her grandsons, Jared Entrekin (Christie) and Shane Rattray (Annette); and her siblings, Julius Beasley, Wayne Beasley and Anne Hensley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at the R. H. Munford Cemetery.
