He is survived by: his wife Leslie Hazlerig Ambrose; his daughters, Rachel E. Jacome (Matt) and Anna C. Ambrose; his sister Vickie Hart; his grandsons, Carter Ray Jacome and Colton Reid Jacome; his mother-in-law Connie Hazlerig; and his sisters-in-law, Lana Gilbreath (Clay), Lisa Flanagan (Scott) and Linda Martin (Chris). He is also survived by ten nieces, ten nephews, and three great nephews.
