With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Lee Watts (Covington, Tennessee), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Biffle and Travis Biffle (Randy); and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her daughter Tricia Parker (Keith); her brothers, Wayne Neuhart and David Biffle (Sheila); and her children, Britina Looney (Anthony) and Steven Hall (John).
