He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Laplante and Lewis John Essaff; and his brother Rev. Paul Essaff. He is survived by: his wife Emilie Essaff; his daughter Michelle Jane Essaff Watts (Gary) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Ryan Watts, Dillon Watts and Ethan Watts; his stepchildren, Renita Blauin Bean, Janine Blauin and Bobby Blauin; and his siblings, Joann Anderson of Vermont, Diane Essaff of Vermont, Carol Sanville of Vermont, David Essaff of Vermont and Micheal Essaff of Vermont. He is also survived by six step-children.
