He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roy Clay; his parents, Roy W. Turner and Mildred Peeler Turner; his wife Joyce Helen Roberts Turner; his sons, Richard Clay Turner and Paul Allan Turner; his granddaughter-in-law Liz Buckley Turner; and his brothers, Louis, Carl, Robert and Tim Turner.
He is survived by: his family Roy Clay of Turner's Plumbing; his daughters, Cathy Turner Naughton, Becky Turner Williams (Eddie) and Betsy Turner Trimble (Dan); his brothers, Gordon Turner (Judy) and Ted Turner Covington (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Debbie Clay Sellers-Mooney, Kimberly Naughton Peyton (Clif), Clay Turner Hensley (Joyce), Richard Clay Turner II, Beth Hensley Csernovicz (Mike), Paul Roy Turner, Adrian Allan Turner (Lori), Wesley Ray Turner (Daniel) and Nathan Turner of Colorado; his great grandchildren, Allie (Ted), Hopkins (Kelsi), Ashford Peyton, Julian Clay Anders, Julianne Anders Erickson (Casey), Dakota (Brittnee), Colby, Chandler, Buckley Turner, Holden, Rylan, Ashley, Drew Csernovicz, Luke Turner and Lane Claire Turner; and also, Yates Elliott, Henlee Joyce Peyton, Sharlotte, Harper Erickson, Abigail Anders, Hudson and Stetson Turner.
