She was predeceased by : her parents, Naaman Billings and Ruby McKnatt Billings; her brother Doug Billings; her husband Bill Robinson; her daughter Carla Witherington; and her great grandchild Garner Baddour.
She is survived by : her son Robert "Bob" Millard Turner, Jr. (Wendy) of Cordova; her grandchildren, George Robert Baddour (Erin) of Covington, Ben Baddour (Kristy) of Covington, Megan Casey (Tanner) of Arlington and Madison Turner of Knoxville; her sister Inez McGinnis of Nashville; and her great grandchildren, Kate, Henry, Weston, Raegan Baddour and Hilton Turner Casey.
