He was predeceased by: his son Henry Keith Smith; his parents, Henry Smith and Evie Smith; and his sisters, Joan Erwin (Paul), Jane Stroud (Melvin), Doris Sanders (Harry) and Evelyn Poag (Hamilton).
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smith; his children, Vickie Hall (David), Marci Joy and Keven Smith; his siblings, John Henry Smith (Carolyn), Florence Gadomski (Richard), Jeanette Daniels (Richard), Sarah Bringle (Bud), June Jones (Doug) and Mary Laxton (Sammy); his grandchildren, Colton Hall, Houston Hall, Adeline Hall, Jordan Smith and Ashley Smith; and his great grandchild Halle Grace Hall.
