She is survived by: her husband James "Howard" Stephens Sr.; her sons, James H. "Jamie" Stephens Jr. (Andrea) and Dewayne Stephens (Kristyn); her grandchildren, J. C. Stephens (Skylar), Kylee Stephens (Levi), Ethan Stephens and Abby Stephens; her great grandchildren, Atticus Stephens, Abram Stephens, Arabella Stephens, Cannon Stephens and Archer Stephens; her siblings, Gail Smith (Jerry), Marshall King (Anita), Linda Morris (Pod), Brenda Stephens (Edward), Betty Ashley (Lester), Eddie King (Linda) and Leisa Liles (Chuck); and her cousin Kay Stills (Jackie).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cowan Apostolic Church of Restoration (315 Cumberland St W, Cowan, TN 37318). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
