He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Reba Marion (Seymour); and his sister Angela Marion Bragg. He is survived by : his father Charles Marion of Estill Springs; his children, Jarred Marion (Mikaley "Sweetie") of Winchester, Zac Marion (Rebecca), Allison Dietz (Greg) of Winchester and Zane Rollins of Cowan; his grandchildren, Sophia Marion, Eli Marion and Kaisen Dietz; and his close friend Tim Cole.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Cowan Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
