He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacoby Partin and Carrie Partin (Finchum); his son Frankie Partin (Beverly); and his siblings, Anna Elizabeth Brewer, Doris Pender, Margaret Davis, Carlin Perry, Mary Partin, Coby Partin, Marlin Partin, Larry Partin and Harry Partin.
He is survived by: his wife Judie Partin; his children, Kenneth Partin (Janice) and Tammy Bellenger (Keith); his stepchildren, Janice Cox (Ray) and Glen Humphrey (Tina); his grandchildren, Jason Partin (Michelle), Carrie Jackson (Matt), Rob Bellenger and Rachel Bellenger; his stepgrandchildren, Billy Gooch, Chris Gooch and Gretta Sells (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Olivia Partin, J. W. Partin, Hunter Jackson and Abby Ashley (Jordan); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Makayla Sells and Dylan Sells; and his sister Jane Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
